Walk Leader : John Adams
John Adams is a walk leader for a group of walkers known as the Wyre Ramblers. On the coach for each trip John provides a brief printed summary of the planned walk for those wishing to join him.
The walks his group undertakes make good
use of not being constricted to a circular route. With a suitable dropping off and pickup point John plans many fine walks along some of the less frequented footpaths of Northern England.

Although today's walk is not a long one I would class this walk as fairly strenuous. We have a steep ascent of over 2000ft to start the day, and later we have a steep descent down to Chapel Stile of over 650ft.
