Hulmes Vale House is adjacent to The Holmes Barn which are both family run
large
holiday cottages,
surrounded by approx 10 acres of their own grounds.
We offer self catering accommodation holidays for large groups
near Buxton, Derbyshire in the heart of the Peak District National Park.
We specialise is reunion parties, family get-togethers and well behaved
hen and stag parties are most welcome.

Hulmes Vale House Lounge
The House has been completely redeveloped to the highest standard and specification to assure the
maximum comfort and luxury for guests throughout their stay.
The accommodation is part of a traditional Derbyshire Stone Long House and briefly comprises of
porch,
entrance hall, lounge, downstairs cloakroom, utility room, large farmhouse kitchen and traditional
dining room.
Upstairs 4 large bedrooms, one ensuite shower room and main family bathroom.
Hulmes Vale House can easily sleep 12/14 guests.
Holmes Barn Bedroom
In the dining area there is a large rustic farmhouse table which extends to easily seat 18 people,
in the living area there is a colour TV with DVD/video also radio/CD player,
and free wireless
internet access (with your own laptop). There are ground floor sleeping facilities if
required incorporating
a
private area with a bed settee, room for clothes storage and access to the downstairs cloakroom.
The Holmes Barn can sleep up to 16 guests
Holmes Barn Kitchen with electric range cooker
The Holmes Barn is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery.
There is a free standing all
electric
range style cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave oven and dishwasher.
A separate drying room is available with washing machine.

Both properties can be rented together for a retreat for 30 guests
