of the Yorkshire Dales. Located centrally in the charming market town of Hawes in

Whilst the full evening restaurant has made way for the new Herriot Gallery
Andrea and Richard still prepare and serve evening meals for resident groups.

So if you are planning a visit to the Yorkshire Dales as a walking group or perhaps for a family
party or special anniversary then we can create a menu customised to your taste.

All dishes are prepared from high quality ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible.

The family room comes as standard with a double & single bed however,
if required, an extra single bed or travel cot can be provided

All of the 7 guest bedrooms are individually designed and have en-suite facilities

The guest rooms benefit from a continuous upgrade program which now includes
Wi-Fi access which is free for residents

Herriot's Guest House and Gallery

The Gallery has a wide range of original artwork, prints, jewellery, textiles and ceramics all by local
artists and artisans. There are regular exhibitions through the year

Introduced in 2008, and quickly established as a firm favourite with residents and visitors alike
are the new Craft Gallery and Coffee Shop. The coffee shop offers refreshments with a range
of home made cakes and light lunches.

Both the Gallery and Coffee shop are open from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm each day
(except Monday & Wednesday)
