

The Apothecary's House
The Apothecary's House is an attractive three-storey Georgian House in the village of Askrigg
at
the
centre of Wensleydale in the Yorkshire Dales. Askrigg is a thriving village
with three pubs,
a village shop,
a post office, a church, a café and a restaurant while Wensleydale,
as one of the premier
Yorkshire Dales, has a wide variety of local attractions.

The Beamed Bedroom
The Beamed Room was once a hay loft. It has the original beams and is furnished to a high
standard
throughout. Situated at the back of the house it has fine views over Wensleydale to the
summit of
Addlebrough. It has a king-size Kerry bed, a CD player, a video recorder and en-suite facilities with shower.

Twin Room
All of our bedrooms have en-suite facilities, colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, clock radios,
shaver points and hair dryers. An iron, ironing board, trouser press and broadband connection
are also available on request. Guests have the use of a large TV lounge on the ground floor with log
fires in the winter. We have ample private parking and a lock-up garage for the use of cyclists.

Breakfast Room
Breakfast is taken in the breakfast room around 8:30 am. Following the starter of the day,
guests
can have a full English breakfast or one of a number of alternatives.
